Jude Haines - Singer - Songwriter - Guitarist - Producer - Composer - Engineer - Session Artist

Jude has spent the last fifteen years as an accomplished musician in many capacities.  The release of his debut album in 2006 exemplifies the power of combining extremely strong song writing with pristine sound production.  Each song has been painstakingly crafted and engineered to not only sound incredible, but to affect the listener; they take you on a journey, a shared walk through the undertow of infatuation.  His magnetic charm and effortless vocals will mesmerize you.  Jude has been compared to Jeff Buckley, Billy Joel, Neil Young and James Taylor, yet he emerges as a truly unique talent.

A fixture in the Toronto music scene, Jude left a busy acting career in 2004 (ACTRA/Equity) and began to focus solely on music.  A founding member of The Robber Who Robbed The Town, Jude played over 300 shows locally and toured across Canada.  Establishing himself as a tour de force lead guitar player and back up vocalist, Jude began session contracts with such artists as Treasa Levasseur, Mbaby, Amos Carlen, Catfish, Hyperchase, The Weights, Bent Brain, The Pavlov's Dogs Orchestra, Nate Daniels, and Mywell.  Jude has also worked extensively in music production and is a beta tester for Propellerhead Software (Reason/Record).  He also worked as part of the production team for Blackwalk Entertainment, 235 Films and Play Film Inc. making music videos and television commercials.

Jude's songs play regularly on the Galaxie satellite radio network.  He was also a featured artist on Dmusic and has had two songs reach #1 on the Canadian Broadjam Artists' Charts.
